Program Name: Pure Light Systems Messaging
Program Description: By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from Pure Light Systems including: quote request confirmations, appointment reminders, installation updates, service follow-ups, and occasional promotions related to our permanent LED lighting services. You may also initiate and receive two-way conversations with our team regarding your project.

How to Opt In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Submitting your phone number via the quote request form on our website and checking the SMS consent box.
• Texting START or JOIN to (208) 485-8200.
• Verbally consenting during a consultation or phone call with our team.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project status and interactions with us. You may receive up to 5 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Pure Light Systems is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

How to Opt Out: To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START.

Services

Pure Light Systems provides professional permanent LED lighting installation and related services for residential and commercial properties in Idaho. Our services include consultation, design, installation, and maintenance of permanent lighting systems.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Pure Light Systems are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual measurements and site conditions
• Changes in project scope requested by the customer
• Unforeseen obstacles or requirements discovered during installation
• Material cost fluctuations

We will communicate any significant changes to pricing before proceeding with work.

Warranties

Product Warranty

TruLight products installed by Pure Light Systems come with a lifetime product warranty covering defects in materials.

Installation Guarantee

Pure Light Systems provides a workmanship guarantee on all installations. If any issues arise due to installation quality, we will repair or correct the work at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by acts of nature (lightning, floods, extreme weather)
• Damage caused by improper use or modifications
• Damage caused by third parties
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues arising from failure to follow care instructions

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before scheduling installation
• Final payment is due upon completion of installation

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or after materials have been ordered specifically for your project.

Property Access

By scheduling an installation, you grant Pure Light Systems permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe access to the work areas, including clearing obstacles and containing pets during installation.

Limitation of Liability

Pure Light Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Pure Light Systems website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pure Light Systems and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
